Prepaid Conflict Resolution Services

If you have a conflict or a potential conflict with a licensing or other governmental agency in your state or province, please contact BANA for complete instructions. One of the Black Mountain Conflict Resolutions Services (BMCRS) officers will contact you within 48 hours for a free consultation. Your free consultation includes assistance in resolving your situation as quickly as possible.

The BMCRS team of experts will negotiate directly with the licensing or government agengy to attempt a quick and favorable resolution. If necessary, they will work with your attorney to obtain the best result possible. If you have serious questions about a pending issue with a governmental agency or licensing board, BANA members may contact BMCRS directly at 866-958-7778 for a free consultation. Conflict resolution services are available to the public for $135 per hour.

BMCRS does not offer any legal advice of any kind and does not practice law in any state or province. If you need legal advice or representation of any kind, BMCRS recommends you hire an attorney. Members of BANA do not need to pay this fee as this benefit is a part of their membership benefit package.
